Each individual brand design project takes approximately two to three weeks. Full brand projects (brand/print/web/social media) will typically take two months. All time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, client response time, and our current queue. A detailed schedule with estimated milestones will be given to each client upon project initiation. Let's get started.


After your initial inquiry, we will set up a phone or Skype call. We will ask you some questions regarding your business, vision and goals for your brand, and you get the chance to ask any questions that come to mind. This step will give us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we're a good match.


We will prepare a formal proposal for our project together and send it your way via DocuSign. If everything prepared is approved, please sign and return the document. You will also kindly complete the invoice for our first milestone payment to hold your spot in the Twenty and 3 queue at this time. Please note this deposit is nonrefundable


You will receive a link to our branding questionnaire. Here you’ll answer some important questions to ensure we're on the same page prior to your project start date. This questionnaire will provide valuable information for us as we move through your brand design process.


The first step of the branding process is the creation of an inspiration board.  We will study your questionnaire and create a color palette along with style inspiration that will set the overall tone of your new brand.  Within seven business days of your start date, you will receive your first deliverable and have a chance to review and request up to two rounds of revisions until you have approved the direction of your brand.


With your inspiration board/direction approved, we will work on creating the cornerstone of your new brand – your logo. The logo design process can take approximately seven to 14 business days to complete. During this phase, you will receive your second deliverable which will consist of two unique logo concepts. Once received, you will have the opportunity to review and request up to two rounds of revisions until you have approved your new logo design.


We will pull in your engaging new logo, color palette and inspiration photos then add in your sub mark, logo variations, social icons, patterns, fonts and any additional elements into a full branding guide. Once your approval is received and your final payment is made, we will package your files and send them your way via a convenient Dropbox link for download.


Now your newly designed brand will be carried throughout your print material and social media design (i.e. business cards, letterhead/note card, Facebook and Twitter page headers, etc.) to complete your seamless look.  Your files are delivered in print ready PDF form, or you can choose to have Twenty and 3 manage your print process.


You will have completed your website questionnaire and be working towards completing all content for each page. All site photography (if we are not sourcing stock imagery for you) and content is due before we move to the development stages. During this step, the final mock-up of the home page and interior pages are completed and approved by you before moving onto the first development phase.  Any delays in content may delay your project.  If you request any changes after mock-up approval, they will be billed separately.


Once you have signed off on the design, your site moves into development. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the development phase.  At the end of this step, you will receive a live test site link for your review and approval.


Once your new, custom developed site is complete, we will connect your domain. We will also hold our tutorial at this time to show you how to make updates to your site from the back-end.  Once our final checklist is complete, we will launch your new site.
